Sacramento International Airport Departures & Arrivals

First opened on October 21, 1967 as the original Sacramento Metropolitan Airport, the airport was renamed Sacramento International Airport in 1998 with the operation of a new terminal building. SMF ran its first international flights in 2002 when Mexicana provided nonstop flight services to Guadalajara.

Sacramento International Airport also features two pet relief areas, catering for travelers with beloved pets. Five airlines serve the Sacramento International Airport at Terminal A. There're 13 gates at the terminal, serving customers for departures and arrivals of flights: Gate A1A5, A10A17.
