Formerly known as Arco Arena, Power Balance Pavilion is basically an indoor arena located in Sacramento, California. The arena serves as home to the NBA's Sacramento Kings and the WNBA's Sacramento Monarchs. At a cost of just $40 million, Arco Arena was the cheapest and smallest arena in the NBA, seating up to 17,317.

How to purchase tickets to these events? There are several ways to grab tickets for Arco Arena events. For general seating, tickets are available through Ticketmaster, by phone and via Power Balance Pavilion Box office in person.
1) Purchase Tickets via Power Balance Pavilion Box Office
You can get tickets to the arena events at Power Balance Pavilion Box Office, located at One Sports Parkway, Sacramento. Advance ticket sales are available from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Friday and from 10am to 4pm on Saturday. Box office is closed on Sundays and holidays when there are no events. If there is an event on Sunday, it is open two hours before the event.
2) Get Your Event Tickets by Phone
You can call (916) 928-6900 to buy your ticket for Arco Arena events. Will call tickets may be picked up on the day of the event at the box office only. The box office is open two hours before the event. To pick up tickets, guests need to show the actual credit card used to place the order and a valid photo ID. Accessible / disabled seating is also available at Arco Arena, served specially for guests with accessible needs and their companions. Guests buying disabled seating may need to buy one disabled seat with one companion seat adjacent to the disabled seat. Depending on availability, additional companions will be seated as close as possible to the accessible space.
Generally speaking, children under two years old are admitted free into the arena for live events. They need to sit on an adult's lap and don't occupy a seat. However, some events may have different age requirements. You should see specific event for more information.
What if your events is canceled or rescheduled? For those who have bought tickets, whether your event is canceled or postponed, Ticketmaster will notify you as soon as possible. If your event is rescheduled, you will be informed of the new date and time. In the event that you can't make the rescheduled event date, you would get a refund upon request.
If your event is canceled, you will receive an automatic refund for tickets purchased online or by phone. The refund will be issued using your purchase payment method. Those who purchased tickets at a retail location need to return them at the same location for a refund. You will receive a full refund with the exception of UPS and retail pickup as well as fees on certain Major League Baseball.
All tickets for events at the arena are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, up until one week prior to the event. Exchanging your ticket is also allowed for Ticketmaster. If you need to exchange a non-accessible seat for an accessible seat, call the box office or Ticketmaster in advance for proper seating arrangement. All ticket sales and exchanges are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending upon ticket availability. There is no assurance that any companion or accessible tickets will remain unsold and available.
